Our primary mission is to provide the best advice so everyone can enjoy balloons & party products.

 Partysafe is managed and run by the European Balloon & Party Council (EBPC), which represents over 45 key manufacturers and distributors across Europe. Their reach, however, does not stop in Europe - their products span the globe actually!

They may be small, but we do realise that balloons and other party items can have a big impact in your celebration, as they allow you to create and collect memories that last a lifetime.

Who is this site for?

​

This site is dedicated to children, parents, consumers, NGO's and industry providers. Basically - everyone who has ever been involved in parties.

 

It provides an overview for some of EBPC members' products, as well as an education network for schools. If you wish to discover the meanings of some of the industry's warnings, instructions and labels - this is the right place for you to learn!

The EBPC has members who are technical experts in all aspects of their manufacturing and safety. As well as working within their main roles, some of them also contribute towards improvement of the EN 71 - Safety of Toys, the safety standards for toys in Europe. This work, of course, aligns closely with the Toy Safety Directive.
